Dr. Zusin was incredible. I needed to be fitted for a replacement retainer and his team was able to provide me with a consultative assessment and price estimate (based on my insurance plan) before I even visited the office. Once I arrived, I was seen quickly and the fitting itself was both comprehensive yet efficient. Once my retainers arrived, I was notified promptly and was able to retrieve them with ease. I couldn’t recommend Dr. Zusin + team highly enough.

“Accommodating to my work schedule and very gentle”
I was referred to Dental Excellence by a close family friend (who had been going to Zusin Dental for well over 20 years) back in 2019, after a negative experience with a high end dentist located near Grand Central. I had several partially restored implants and several cavities that required immediate dental work, in addition to a front tooth which needed to be extracted and to have an implant and crown placed. Lena and Dr. Zusin were very accommodating to my work schedule and very gentle and compassionate in the standard of care that they rendered to me, while restoring my teeth. The end results far exceeded any expectations that I had and, unlike my prior dentist, their dental rates did not increase based upon the surplus money that I had left in my HSA or in my dental insurance account (which is the experience that I encountered with my prior dentist). The pricing was excellent for the quality of work that I received in exchange and I would highly recommend Dental Excellence to all of my family, friends, and co-workers who are looking for high-quality dental work which is reasonably priced and compassionate and accommodating dental care!

The best. First they are taking all precautions for Covid 19 which I appreciated. They have misting disinfectants between patients as well as light sanitizers. This family business is professional and friendly. And they really know what they are doing! My father was a periodontist so I have high standards. Zusin dental matches my high hopes!

“The day after I already feel much better”
Absolutely love Dr Zusin and Lena, I had an emergency situation with my wisdom tooth during the COVID, Dr. Lena was so helpful, she asked me to send a picture of the problem area, then she scheduled me to come in on the same day, while all the other dentist office were closed, Dr. Zusin and Lena drove into the office to help me with my issues. The day after I already feel much better. She is extremely responsible that after my appointment she helped me over text message. Highly recommend.
